F & I Manager


Steele Ford Lincoln is looking for an F&I Manager for their busy dealership in Halifax.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the Business Office including the selling and financing of chemicals, warranties, and insurance to customers as well as obtaining predetermined sales quotas within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as F&I Manager in an automotive dealership or experience in the banking industry

· Above average computer proficiency

· Ability to succeed in a fast paced work environment, result driven

· Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking ability.

· Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times

· Ability to work well with others

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Advanced skills in sales, deal submissions, prime and sub-prime markets

As an F&I Manager your duties may include, offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers, explaining and offering after market products and warranties, working days, evenings and/or weekends to ensure the customer has the best experience possible.

Steele Ford Lincoln is seeking Licensed Automotive Technicians to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Steele Ford is seeking a working Licensed Diesel Foreman to lead our Diesel Department.

As the Diesel Shop Foreman, you'll be responsible for the overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our shop. You'll oversee the quality, timeliness, and fashion in which diesel repair services are performed and delivered to our valued customers.

Responsibilities include:

* Oversee the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles, ensuring that work is done expeditiously and correctly the first time.

* Supervise and assist diesel technicians as needed

* Help drive overall shop productivity.

* Monitor training for all diesel technicians.

Qualifications

* Must be competent in the knowledge of automotive repair shop operations

* Computer proficiency

* Valid drivers license


Sales Professional - Salary plus Commission
