Steele Ford is currently looking for a Sales Consultants to complete its team. The successful candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, with exemplary communication skills and a proven record of success. He or she is ready to accept challenges and achieve the required objectives. He or she must be a good communicator and know how to maintain and grow a customer database to identify potential customers, follow up with existing customers, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

  • Sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting
  • Negotiation skills and good communicator
  • Time management skills
  • Positive attitude and passionate about the automotive industry. 
  • Oriented towards results, customers, and teamwork
  • Recognized for your sense of planning, organization, independence, and your energy to move sales forward
  • Ability to anticipate and be proactive in decision-making

TASKS :

  • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
  • Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed
  • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
  • Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
  • Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies

As a Red Seal Automotive Technician, you will have excellent diagnostic skills and pride in workmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Have a valid driver's license and be able to provide an acceptable driver's abstract
  • Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License
  • Must be Red Seal Certified

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems as required
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications
  • Advise customers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements
  • Diagnose faults and confirm findings with supervisor
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed

Automotive Detailer

Steele Ford Lincoln is currently seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team!

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be provided with the tools and training to be successful while learning about a dealership's day-to-day operations.  Your attention to detail will be meticulous, ensuring our vehicles are always looking their best and our clients are always satisfied.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Report any imperfections of new vehicles to management
  • Proper application of products on interior and exterior of sold vehicles
  • Buffing of vehicles when required
  • Preparation of new and used vehicles to ensure optimal presentation
  • Parking of vehicles appropriately on the lot and in delivery areas
  • Maintain workspace to ensure it is safe and clean

Requirements:

  • Desire to work in a Service Department where teamwork and customer satisfaction are #1
  • Experience in cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles is considered an asset but not required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and be able to drive a manual shift
  • Be hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
